I met Yiovanny when he did extensive work on my neighbor’s yard. The north side of my yard had developed a flooding problem over the years and needed a professional solution. Fortunately, the day he and I met to discuss this problem, there were intermittent showers showing him exactly where the yard was flooding and how badly. Yovanny knew exactly what needed to be done and offered me two solutions. One solution would fix the problem and the other would not only fix it, but also be a lovely addition to my landscape. Now, no more flooding on the north or west side of my house. I found his work ethic to be dependable, his design skills excellent and his estimate reasonable for the type and amount of work done. Most of the time when we have someone do work on our house or yard, it starts out great then gradually devolves to the end of the project. Not so with Yovanny! He shows up and does the work in a timely manner with such an exemplary level of quality, it’s always a great experience from start to finish. 

 

He can look at your yard and know what it needs without you even being aware, and isn’t afraid to give his opinion on things, which I love because he’s so knowledgeable. My four-year-old son is enamored with Yovanny and talks to him while he works, and Yovanny is always so patient and sweet with him.

 

We recently hired Yovanny to fill in and cover some holes in our front yard, and he did the work in such a meticulous, thorough manner – cutting squares out of our existing grass and neatly filling it in with new squares – that you can’t even tell there are patches. He’s also installed irrigation, power washes our patio and fence, tidies up some junky areas, and of course, takes great care of all our landscaping throughout the year. We HIGHLY recommend him!

Yovanny has performed several major landscape related construction projects at our residence including stone masonry and lawn renovation (grading, drainage, and block sodding). The outcomes have been teriffic. Yovanny is a perfectionist when it comes to the final product.
